Gregory P. Einhorn, D.D.S., Ph.D., Esq., is in-house Patent Counsel at ALSP Inc. He is also in private practice as an intellectual property attorney in the San Diego area whose practice focuses on biotechnology-related intellectual property and portfolio “life cycle” management, with an emphasis on developing and implementing domestic and international patent filing and portfolio strategies, as well as licensing and due diligence evaluation.

 

He brings extensive experience to ALSP Inc., with heavy emphasis in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including strategic counseling and comprehensive patent portfolio management for small, medium and large companies. 

 

Dr. Einhorn holds a D.D.S. from Georgetown University School of Dentistry, a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and a J.D. from George Washington University. Past legal experience includes association with Morrison Foerster LLP; Fish & Richardson LLP; and, Townsend & Townsend & Crew LLP.
